Employers are increasingly responding to allegations of harassment and discrimination in the workplace as employees become more aware of their rights to a safe and healthy work environment. Every allegation of harassment, whether submitted as a formal complaint, witnessed, or even just heard about, must be investigated.
However, not every investigation has to be formal, nor done by an expensive lawyer or third party investigator. This virtual course, taught by an employment lawyer and independent investigator, will equip managers with the knowledge and skills they need, to know whether they can, and should, investigate allegations internally, and if so, how to go about it.
